- 1). Pour 1 cup of borax into a glass jar.
- 2). Add 1 cup of washing soda to the jar.
- 3). Secure the jar's lid on tightly. Shake the ingredients to mix them together well.
- 4). Place 1 tbsp. of the dish-washing soap into the dishwasher for one load of dishes. Keep the lid on the jar to keep dirt and debris away from the detergent.
