How to Open a Gen 2 iPod

1). Pry out the bezels found at the top and bottom of the iPod using the plastic opening tool.
2). Unscrew the two screws found behind the bottom bezel.
3). Pry up the small headphone jack from the bottom of the iPod. Gently disconnect the ribbon cable attached to the headphone jack from the interior of the iPod.
4). Pry out the metal clip that was held in by the two removed screws.
5). Remove the screw found behind the headphone jack on the bottom of the iPod.
6). Push the iPod chassis through the top of the iPod casing, from the bottom. Re-assemble the iPod by following these steps in reverse order.
