Basically, there are only few things that you must know to do body building fatloss perfectly.
First is that you must eat a minimum and a maximum of 5 to 6 small meals a day.
Those who say that you must only eat 3 meals a day is wrong.
-Just imagine this: Eating 5-6 small meals a day kicks your metabolism instantly to burn fat without any break and even burn those excessive fats.
While eating 3 times a day slows your metabolism failing to burn those excessive fats.
That's the reason why you should eat 5-6 small meals a day.
Second is that YOU MUST NOT EAT BEFORE BEDTIME.
While sleeping, a person's metabolism rate slows down; failing to burn those excessive fats in your body again.
Third thing I know is that you must lower your carbohydrate in-take.
It is because in burning process, carbohydrates are the first to be burned, then comes the fats.
While lowering your carbohydrates, fats are immediately the ones that will be burnt as your source of energy.
The last thing is to take multivitamins.
Because you're in the process of changing your meals, multivitamins supply you with the energy that you need if you're still not used with the change in your meals.
