- 1). Rinse out your sink thoroughly. Remove any food particles or other debris.
- 2). Wet a clean sponge and wring it out.
- 3). Sprinkle a bit of baking soda onto your sponge. Work the baking soda into the sink.
- 4). Rinse your sink and dry it with a clean towel. Be sure to remove all moisture, because standing water will cause hard water stains.
- 5). For more stubborn stains, use a mixture of equal parts vinegar and baking soda to work into the hard water stain. Rinse and dry, as above.
