- 1). Open Outlook 2010.
- 2). Click "Calendar" in the navigation pane running down the left-most edge of the screen to enable a calendar view. Your calendar appears in the main pane.
- 3). Click on the name of the calendar you'd like to view in the left-hand navigation pane, if you maintain multiple calendars.
- 4). Open the "Home" tab. Choose between "Day," "Week" or "Month" if you'd like to change the way the calendar view is displayed.
