Lose 10 Pounds In One Week - How Calorie Cycling Makes This Possible

For those that prefer to lose weight fast, calorie cycling (also called calorie shifting) is taking the weight loss world by a storm.
And rightly so! It's a revolutionary way to quickly lose weight! Probably one of the more significant things about a calorie cycling diet is that it's really easy to do and it doesn't have to require an entire lifestyle change.
Because of this, people can stick with it for a few days and see a real difference in their weight loss results.
Another important thing about calorie shifting is that it makes it possible to lose 10 pounds in one week by upping the metabolism.
It doesn't work by reducing calories.
This is significant! If you're not starving yourself by cutting calories, your body can actually let go of that fat reserve! Calorie cycling isn't an exercise program.
However, in order to really lose 10 pounds in one week, it's highly important to include an exercise program with the diet.
Interval training is probably one of the best fat burning methods known for losing weight fast.

Interval training can be used with virtually any exercise or activity.

This style of workout also tends to help you build muscle.
Muscle is a good fat burning tool to have around.
Besides muscle provides some other great benefits as well.
Give yourself at least 20 minutes a day even if it is broken up into two 10 minute sessions.
You will see results and you can do this at home using a jump rope or even jumping jacks.
That is simple and just about anyone can do that.
