One classic beginner mistake is to just know that people will know what they are supposed to do. So the call to action that you have on your page should be strong. There is nothing wrong with directly informing people what they must do.

No matter what you do with your PPC ad, you will see some kind of result from it. So a large part of your success depends on your landing page and not just your ad. The only path to true success is if you optimize your entire campaign and not just your landing page.
