- 1). Sprinkle baking soda over the urine stain. The baking soda will absorb bad odors and some of the color of the urine stain, but it is unlikely to completely remove the stain.
- 2). Let the baking soda sit on the stain for 24 hours.
- 3). Sweep up the baking soda and throw it away.
- 4). Mix 1 cup water and 1 cup white vinegar if the area still smells.
- 5). Drizzle the solution over the area and let it sit there for at least 10 minutes. This will give it time to soak into the area to remove the stain. If you are cleaning carpeting, do not completely soak the carpet.
- 6). Soak up the vinegar and water with clean cloths.
- 7). Wipe the area with a water-dampened cloth and let it dry completely.
- 1). Soak a clean cloth in acetone.
- 2). Lay the acetone-soaked cloth over the ink stain. Let it sit there for several hours and re-wet the cloth as needed to keep it wet.
- 3). Wipe up the ink stain.
- 4). Rub a water-dampened cloth over the area to rinse away the acetone residue.
- 1). Soak a clean cloth in hydrogen peroxide.
- 2). Dab the blood stain with the cloth until you remove as much of the stain as possible.
- 3). Saturate the blood stain with hydrogen peroxide. It will change the color of certain fabrics.
- 4). Rub the area with a clean cloth soaked in clear water.
