Cut down trans fat - Trans fat is mostly found in processed foods like chips, cookies and other junk food.
If you want to know how much fat is present, just check the label of these processed and packed foot items.

Cut down saturated fat - Fat is classified into 2 main categories: saturated and unsaturated.
The World Health Organization (WHO) advises people to limit their intake of saturated fat as many health experts link it to cardiovascular diseases.
You can find saturated fat mostly in animal products like meat, dairy products etc.
This does not mean that you should completely stop consuming meat and other diary items.
You just need to limit intake of these items in order to get rid of fat in your body and lose weight.

Walk everyday - Do brisk walking everyday for 30 minutes.
This should not be difficult at all.
You should be able to find 30 minutes of time no matter how busy you are.
