- 1). Visit the Windows Live homepage.
- 2). Click the "Get Messenger" link to get to the MSN Messenger page.
- 3). Click the "Download" button and a window will open.
- 4). Select either "Save" or "Save File" in that window to save the Windows Live setup to your computer.
- 5). Open the MSN setup. A window will open.
- 6). Choose each of the programs you want to install. If you wish to install just the "Messenger," check the "Messenger" box. When you've finished making your selections, click "Install.".
