Who doesn't want one? A great set of abs is vital to being a head turner on the beach, in the club on a summer night and in a magazine one day ( we hope!).
Aside from looking great, being in ripped condition is a signal that you are in great health, have discipline and goals and are a person who doesn't back down! Here are a few tips on getting a wicked set of abs quickly.
1.
Remember that your diet is the major obstacle to getting a great set of ripped abs.
No matter how much workout time you put in, if your diet is not on target, you will get mediocre results.
Always have a few cheat meals a week to allow yourself to binge occasionally.
But remember that the more you do this the more you compromise your results! 2.
Use weight training and interval training to get double the results in half the time.
Doing weight training exercises such as squats, deadlifts and bench presses will help you so much.
These workouts burn a lot more calories than cardio alone.
Interval training will help you burn up calories on the days you don't do any weight training.
3.
Allow yourself adequate rest time.
Your body rebuilds itself when you are sleeping, so make sure that you allow it time to rest.
Always have one full day off any exercise per week.
Make sure that you are getting "enough" sleep.
I am not sure how much is enough for you, but enough for me is about 7 hours per night.
Anything less and I don't heal right!
