The 9 Exercises You Must Do to Make Huge Muscle Gains

There are so many guys that go to the gym have all the dedication and motivation in the world.
Work as hard as anyone else there.
Yet they never seem to grow.
Maybe this guy is you or you have hit a plateau that you just can seen to get over.
I am here to tell you that the reason that this happens is because they are doing the wrong exercises.
I see it time and time again guys come to the gym work hard trying to stimulate their muscle to grow but they choose easiest and least uncomfortable exercises.
They do machine lat pulldowns instead of widegrip pullups, machine flyes instead of bench press, leg presses instead of squats or cable rows instead of barbell rows.
If you want to make real gains you have to train like a real man.
No more of these wimpy cable exercises.
To stimulate muscle growth your body has to feel that it is in life threatening danger.
Do you think a machine flye does this.
Absolutely not! Squating 300lbs to failure certainly will.
So give up all the sissy exercises and get ready to pack on some real muscle.
The basis for building massive solid muscle are compound movements.
There are nine basic exersices that you absolutely should be performing every week.
They are: Squats Deadlifts Bench presses Barbell rows Chin-ups Overhead presses Dips Lunges Leg Presses These exercises all use the basic compound movements that allow you to lift the greatest amount of total weight and stimulate the greatest amount of muscle fiber.
If you want to grow your goal should be to add poundage to these lift on a week to week basis.
I'm sure it's no big surprise to you these exercises are all the most uncomfortable to perform.
Well, nobody ever said that building a massive frame of rock hard muscle was easy.
If they did they are lying to you and just want to sell you on some bogus program.
