- 1). Visit the Pokémon League and defeat the Elite Four Pokémon Champions.
- 2). Battle and defeat Pokémon Champion Cynthia. This battle immediately follows the Elite Four battles.
- 3). Fly to Sandgem Town and visit Professor Rowan's Research Lab.
- 4). Press the "A" button to talk to Professor Rowan, and Professor Oak will come in to give you the National Pokédex.
- 5). Fly to Hearthome City. Talk to Bebe in the house next to the Pokémon Center. She'll give you an Eevee.
