Ultimate Home Fitness With Bodyweight Training

Most people do not know how to train properly at home.
Training at home does not need to be boring.
There are a lot more things you can do than just basic pushups.
Now, I like training my full body at each workout.
One thing I've been looking into recently is hybrid exercise.
Hybrid exercises are exercises that involve more than one dimension to it.
For example, the Burpee is the perfect hybrid movement.
Instead of performing pushups and squat jumps separately, you're combining them for an intense exercise! Hybrid Movements for a Better Body Here are some of my favorite total body hybrid movements: Spiderman Pushups
  • Start off with pushup position.
    Lower yourself towards the ground and simultaneously bring your right knee towards your right elbow.
    Return to starting position and repeat with your left side.
    This counts as one repetition.
Mahler Bodyblaster
  • Start off in a full squat position.
    Fall backwards in a roll.
    Reverse the movement and get back on your feet.
    Place your hands on the ground in front of your knees and kick out so that you are in a pushup position.
  • Perform a pushups and bring you legs back in so that you are back in full squat position.
    Repeat as desired.
T-Pushups
  • Perform a regular pushup.
    As you push yourself up, transfer your weight onto your left hand, and bring your right hand up off the floor and towards the ceiling.
    Rotate your torso to the right while keeping your toes on the floor.
  • Your body should be in a "t" position.
    Bring your right hand back down.
    Perform a pushup and repeat the left hand.
