- 1). Visit the LinkedIn website at LinkedIn.com.
- 2). Click the "Inbox" option at the top of the page.
- 3). Move to the "Invitations" tab. This displays the LinkedIn connection requests you've received. Each request shows the way the potential connection indicated that they know you. If a person clicked "I don't know ___" (where the blank is your name), you will be told this under the potential connection's name.
