If you have back pain then this could be the most important message that you have read in your life - even if you DON'T have back pain! The information given here will help you to understand and work with back pain issues.
Lets take the view that for now you have back pain (if you haven't use your imagination).
I will ask you to keep an open mind and reserve judgement until you have read ALL articles.
OK lets get moving.
Back Pain either recent or long standing can be more than a pain in the butt.
Let me explain.
Let me give you an example of what I came across recently.
A gentleman who had hurt his back many around three years ago seemed to have tried everything and still had trouble.
He had been to chiropractors, been given exercises to do and after all this time still had this nagging pain on and off.
Can you imagine that? You think you have lost the pain and it comes back.
How many people can you think like this and who have a bad back for some time even years? Remember we have an open mind here.
All dis-eases are in the main started from some form of emotional trauma.
Now this gentleman had back pain for a least three years and had made some effort to lose it with out success.
So are we saying its all in the mind? Well in part yes, there is an imbalance in the body (physical) from what our thoughts tell us.
We acknowledge that we have back pain (more about this later).
We take steps to relieve it even if it means more pain.
(The pain being, that if we don't do anything about it our back pain will be with us for some time and could get worse).
Now this gentleman went to his doctor who had knowledge of EFT (EFT was covered in an article previously).
Briefly, finding the emotional level on a scale of one to ten and tapping he varied down to three and back up to eight.
It appeared that the level of intensity of eight brought about his thought patterns relating to his job at that time and was asked how his back pain had come about.
He said he was employed at a financial institution working as a senior computer centre analyst.
