- 1). Tap the "Settings" icon on the iPhone's main home screen.
- 2). Go to the "Wi-Fi" section of the "Settings" menu.
- 3). Move the slider at the top of the screen to the "On" position if the Wi-Fi antenna is not already enabled.
- 4). Tap once on the name of the network you want to connect to from the list of nearby known connections that appear in the middle of the screen.
- 5). Tap the blue arrow icon next to the Wi-Fi network's name to view its advanced settings.
- 6). Go to the "DHCP" tab to view the IP address assigned to your iPhone.
