- 1). Launch the App Store application on your iPhone by tapping its icon on the home screen. Browse the App Store's categories or use the search function to find a suitable storage or folder-based application such as File Sharing, Downloader and File Sharing, or Phone Drive.
- 2). Tap the storage app's button to open the app's listing page, then click the "Install" button in the upper right corner. Input your iTunes account details if prompted and tap "OK" to download and install the application.
- 3). Download and install the latest version of iTunes on your computer, if you don't already have it, following the installation instructions detailed on the Apple website. Once installed, launch iTunes by clicking its icon on your desktop.
- 4). Connect the iPhone to your computer using its USB cable. ITunes will automatically detect the iPhone and add it to the Devices section in the left column. Select the iPhone from the Devices list and open the "Apps" tab in the main iTunes window.
- 5). Select the storage application from the Apps list in the File Sharing section. A list of files already associated with the storage application will display in the Documents box to the right.
- 6). Drag and drop the files you want to store on the iPhone into the Documents box. The files will be sent to the iPhone and will be accessible from within the storage application.
