However, here are some specific things: Change in eating habits: This change is inevitable, after the cleansing routine you will no more want to fill yourself with all the crap that you were eating before.

Many people found they were consuming less meat and more salads and other vegetarian cooked food.
This helped them maintain their weight.
Fiber in the vegetarian food helped them remain healthy.
You will also find yourself drinking more liquids than you did before, these liquids will mostly be fruit juices and soups.
Change In the Way You Look and Feel: This change is obvious, after fasting for more than 10 days, you would be looking thinner and feeling as though you were born recently.
You should know that the weakness will remain for a week, as you resume solid food intake and daily routine, you will feel energetic and lively.
