Motivation - How to Stick to Your Workout Program

Would you agree there are millions of ways to get motivated? Some work, some don't and others are just fads that come and go like tomorrows ocean tide.
Yet others, if implemented, can literally change your life forever by bringing you that once-here-and-gone motivation you had and now need again to stay in great shape! In 2005, during my Secret Service days, I heard this phrase used and will never ever forget it.
It stuck in my head every single day and has changed my life forever, of course for the good.
What does that mean to you? Right now, mentally prepare yourself to read one sentence that has the capability of doing the same for you.
Please print this, write it down, and send it to people you love.
It's bound to save a life: "What sounds better for your busy work schedule-1 hour of exercise or 24hrs of being dead?" Read it again and again and again.
Let it sink in.
Although harsh, it is real.
Although rigid, it is in your face.
Hard to swallow? At times it can be, but rightfully so.
Here is a simple checklist to start moving today: *Take a long walk after work today.
*Take the stairs instead of the elevator today.
*Park in a farther spot and enjoy the walk.
*Take a jog around the block- enjoy the weather! *Perform sit ups and push ups during commercials when watching TV.
*Double your water intake- enjoy feeling healthier! *Run in place during commercials when watching the news.
*Wake up 15 minutes earlier tomorrow and do 100 sit ups.
Start right now, I know you can do it!
