Anytime it comes to physical activity, lots of people can get rather creative with their excuses not to do it. The real truth is that, while we are trying to become fit, the exercising really isn't fun; it is simply difficult work. Pushing your body to get fit and healthy never feels great, even with the rushes of endorphins. Though the endorphins are good, our bodies still hurt, get weary and make us detest them for a little while. No wonder we're so good at developing causes to avoid it! Here are a few of the worst type of explanations a person can use not to do any routine workouts.

How many times do you think "Sure I'd like to get in shape but I don't have enough time"? This is likely the utter worst reason to make whenever you do not want to exercise. The simple fact is that there's always time to work out simply because you can easily exercise even though you are doing other activities. As an example, you can take the staircase at work as opposed to the elevator. You can pack a healthy lunch and take a stroll during your lunch break rather than hitting a drive-thru. You can easily stroll around your working environment or do scaled-down exercises while you are on conference calls. In the evening it's easy to do some activities when you watch television. Undoubtedly there is time for you to do the fitness training, you just need to really find it.

How many times do you tell yourself that you will get in shape later, when you're able to afford some great fitness equipment or a gym membership. That's just foolish and avoidance sort of behavior. Getting back in better shape does not require any complicated fitness equipment or steeply-priced health club subscriptions. It is possible to follow fitness videos on the web or DVDs that you could borrow from your library. You can do physical exercises you read about in magazines. You do not need anything more than your body and some room to move around to get into much better shape.

Do you tell yourself I need to exercise but it would make me too sleepy and achy? This type of thinking needs to be ended immediately.
