- 1). Launch your preferred Internet browser and navigate to ChaCha's homepage. Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of the screen on the right side.
- 2). Enter your name and email address in the fields provided. Assign a relevant subject line to your message. Click the drop-down menu regarding what your help request is for. Select "Answer Feedback."
- 3). Enter your message in the "Comments" field. Input the letters as they appear in the confirmation image. Click "Submit."
