Victorian Country Christmas is a cozy and quaint event in Puyallup, just a few miles east of Tacoma. Perfect for a family day out, this event is held on the Puyallup Fairgrounds and features music, food, and fun for all. Each year, the Puyallup Victorian Christmas starts the Wednesday after Thanksgiving through the following Sunday.

Events at the Victorian Christmas in Puyallup range from family-friendly to adult-only fun. A number of shows take place on several stages through the fairgrounds, and while these shows change each year, in general you can count on choirs performing Christmas favorites, bell choirs, and instrumental performances. Each year features a singing nativity sure to delight all audiences as well.
Much like the Washington State Fair, held on the same grounds during the fall, the Victorian Country Christmas has many vendors located in the Expo Hall & Pavilion and in the ShowPlex, both of which are permanent fixtures here. In these locations, you can buy holidays gifts, crafts, or watch artists in action.
Other perks of this Christmas event include an old-fashioned carousel, a tram ride transporting visitors through a Christmassy world of wonder, and even appearances by Santa.
For adults only, there is a wine garden where visitors can sit down with a glass of wine, or purchase wine by the bottle.

If you are coming from North Tacoma, East Tacoma, or parts of South Tacoma closer to the North End, take I-5 to Exit 135. Follow signs toward Puyallup. At the first stop light you come to, veer left onto River Road. Take a right onto 4th Street Southwest (which will turn into 5th Street). Continue until you see signs for parking.
From the South, take I-5 to Highway 512 (or get directly onto 512). Head east to the 9th Street SW exit. Turn left at the light and go down the hill. Take a right at 15th Avenue SW and then left into the parking lot.
