How Many Calories Are Needed to Lose Weight Effectively?

Weight loss is such a huge priority to millions and millions of us around the world.
Unfortunately, many have exploited this intense desire to lose weight into profits.
They've done this in a myriad of ways.
Weight loss programs, foods, fad diets, exercise machines, books and many other products have been created, all with promises of amazing weight loss if you just follow their lead and use their products or services.
The problem is, most of them don't come close to living up to their promises.
Weight loss has been over complicated.
There's just one simple question you need to know the answer to in order to lose weight permanently.
How many calories are needed to lose weight? If you take in less calories every day than you burn, you will lose weight or lose fat.
It's as simple as that.
To figure out exactly how many calories to eat every day in order to lose a certain amount of weight, you can use the following formula.
If you want to know how many calories are needed to lose weight quickly, do this.
First, assign yourself a number.
13 if you don't do any exercise.
16 if you exercise a few times a week.
19 if you're extremely active.
Multiply this number by your body weight and you will come up with what's called your BMR.
(Base Metabolic Rate) This is the amount of calories needed every day to maintain your current rate.
For every pound you want to lose each week, eat 500 calories less than this number every day.
Besides knowing how many calories are needed to lose weight, you also need to take into consideration how to most effectively burn off the calories you do take in.
