- 1). Click on the letter at the top of one of the duplicate columns.
- 2). Hold "Ctrl" and click on the letter at the top of another duplicate column. Continue to hold "Ctrl" and click on duplicate columns until you have selected each of the duplicate columns.
- 3). Right-click on any of the columns you have selected. A menu will appear.
- 4). Select "Delete." You now have removed duplicate columns.
