2 Muscle Building Facts to Help You Pack it On!

So are you confused about what the truth is about packing on pounds of lean muscle mass and transforming your body into GreeK God status.
I commonly get bombarded with questions as to what works the best to get the fat off of my belly, or what is the best way for me to get jacked? These questions you may already know the answers to, or at least think you know the answers to.
However, I have included 2 basic muscle building facts below that I guarantee you can apply to get you the results you have always wanted.
1.
Execute Big Core Lifts:
Now this is a MUST if you are looking to pack on some lean muscle mass to significantly change the scope of your strength training program.
You see no weight lifting program is going to be successful in helping you to pack on the muscle unless you engage in big core lifts.
In other words you need to forget about the single joint lifts consisting of leg extensions and arm curls.
These lifts aren't going to pack the muscle on your frame and they certainly won't make you any stronger.
You are better off executing cleans, squats, deadlifts, and kettlebell swings than doing the arm curls.
These multi-joint lifts that incorporate the maximum effort of your entire body are what will spur on the natural production of your growth hormone.
I'll tell you my friend that by engaging in these types of lifts and variations of them is like a "shot in the arm" of pure muscle building power.
Your training result is solely dependent upon the result of your training! You have got to train smart to build muscle mass.
2.
Lift Heavy:
If you are going to increase the level of your performance, elevate your growth hormone levels, pack on pounds of muscle, and rapidly progress in all of these areas you have got to lift heavier and heavier weight! Remember that I always preach about the importance of progression.
A smart and successful strength program is only that if it progresses.
You must be willing to crawl before you can walk and you must be willing to walk before you are ready to run! Life is about progression and so is a smart strength training program designed to help you get stronger and put on the muscle mass.
Always lift with flawless technique, but lift intense weight in order to improve your program.
If you haven't progressed by initiating and following the facts that I have mentioned here then you are not going about your muscle building adventure in an effective way.
Remember that anyone can train hard, but only the best train smart my friend!
