- 1). Open the applications or Web pages you want to take a screenshot of on both of your monitors. Ensure your monitors are displaying the content you want in your screenshot before proceeding.
- 2). Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. This takes a screenshot of both monitors and copies that image to the Windows Clipboard.
- 3). Open the Microsoft Paint application that comes bundled with all Windows PCs.
- 4). Click the "Paste" icon at the top left corner of the screen. The screenshot you took will be displayed inside the Paint window. Part of the content from your first monitor will be visible. Scrolling the image to the right will show you the rest of the first monitor's image as well as the second monitor's image. Click the "Save" icon at the top of the screen to save your image. You've successfully taken a screenshot of two monitors.
