Many people who suffer with flabby arms spend months or even years trying to do fruitless "spot reduction" training where they focus on just the arms.

Specific arm exercises that are great include: bicep curls, tricep dips and press ups.
In fact triceps make up two-thirds of arm size so it would probably be best to work more at toning the tricep muscle of the arm.
Whatever you do, don't restrict your calories drastically.
This final area is where most people go wrong.
They cut their calories so the body starts hoarding fat and slowing down the metabolism.
Then when you go back to normal eating, the body piles on the weight.
Instead we are trying to speed up the metabolism here- so be aware of what you eat and opt for good wholesome natural foods.
Ditch the processed high fat and high sugar foods.
Top up with plenty of water and you will be quickly on your way to a sculpted, toned figure with gorgeous toned arms.
