- Ensure that the battery in the foot pedal is properly inserted and in place. If it is and the device is still not working, the battery may be dead and require replacement. Contact the supplier you purchased the motor from for information on battery replacement.
- Check the propeller, as this may be a sign that it is loose, dirty or broken. If it appears loose, secure it. If it appears to be dirty, carefully remove it from the device and wipe it with a damp cloth. If the propeller is broken, it will need replacing. Contact the supplier you purchased the device from for information on replacement parts.
- The receiver may not have the foot-pedal ID number programmed. Refer to page 17 of the device's owner's manual (see Resources) for detailed steps on how to program the ID number.
