- 1). Insert the key into the ignition, and turn it to the "On" position.
- 2). Turn the headlamp dial to the "Off" position. The headlamp dial is to the left of the steering wheel on the left side of the instrument panel.
- 3). Shift your car into drive. Your car must be out of the "Park" position for the daytime lights to olperate.
- 4). Release the parking brake. The daytime lights will not work when the parking brake is on.
