Healing the heart leads to being clear-sighted.
If we heal the heart we understand the Spiritual Self and our connectedness to everything.
We know everything and everyone as ourselves.
When two people talk heart to heart, it is a translation of essence or soul into the physical.
When the energy of one heart, connects to the energy of another heart, it allows people to see how we translate our human experiences.
When a person looks at another person, heart to heart, they "see" that person.
The heart heals the understandings we have of emotions.
If the heart were healed, there would be no fear, anger, loneliness, or shame.
The Spiritual Self would also be healed.
There would be an understanding of an individual's emotional stance in life and how they have translated their emotions out into the physical world.
So how do we heal the heart? We all know how anger or fear can place us in a hamster wheel of experience.
Sometimes there feels like there is no end to the cycle, no way out...
but there is.
The heart is the way out, and acceptance and forgiveness are the keys.
The key to acceptance and forgiveness is choice...
aligned with the Highest Good.
To consistently make the choice to (be) accepting, patient, whole, and examine any of the beliefs, and emotions that stopped us from allowing that when we fall off the bike or choose not to.
It might help to define acceptance, forgiveness, love, and compassion.
While we cannot define what these words and concepts mean to another person, we must define, or re-define them, for ourselves.
Acceptance is lack of judgment; acceptance facilitates understanding.
Forgiveness is the acceptance of self, choosing not to deny the acceptance of love.
Compassion is basic goodness, loving kindness.
Love is knowing and appreciation as truth throughout our multidimensional nature.
That is, (knowing) healing the separation from our true self and (appreciation) gratitude and thankfulness for what you have, and that you are alive to have it.
The movement begins with acceptance, trust, or compassion for self and creates a spiral.
This spiral moves into the creation of lack of judgment and an even deepening, expanding, expression of understanding which moves into knowing and appreciation.
Once appreciation is expressed, and it always appropriate, it reconnects in a circle with acceptance and they continue in movement and reinforcement.
This alchemy of healing and understanding is available to everyone willing to make the effort.
It is the effort, not the outcome, that is important.
This is the essence of a spiritual path.
Layer by layer, effort by effort we heal or transform depending on our intention.
