- 1). Once you've put on your basketball shoes, unstrap each of the Velcro fasteners on the top of the Jumpsoles as well as the one at the heel of the shoe.
- 2). Slide your foot into the Jumpsoles. The straps on the top of the Jumpsoles will now be over your shoe. You should slide your foot into the Jumpsoles as far as possible.
- 3). Adjust the straps of the Jumpsoles so that they fit comfortably around your shoe. Once you have tightened or loosened them, you can connect the straps.
- 4). Connect the two parts of the heel strap. This strap is similar to a seatbelt. You'll want to be sure that this is snug around your heel so the Jumpsoles don't fall off of your shoe.
- 5). Repeat these steps so that both Jumpsoles are on your feet.
- 6). Stand up and test out the Jumpsoles. No part of your heel should be touching the ground when wearing the Jumpsoles. If they are on correctly, you should first walk with them on before you attempt to run or jump. It will take some time to get your balance the first time you wear the Jumpsoles. After you have gotten used to them, begin your workout. This could be running or leaping exercises or even playing a pickup game of basketball.
