How To Create Motivation Out Of Thin Air

Do you want to learn how you can create motivation at any moment that you wish? If you do, this will be the right article for you. 1. Write down the reasons that you want to achieve what you want in your life in a piece of paper. You have to understand that it is the reason behind you that will drive you. Therefore, the more reasons you have and the stronger your reasons, the more motivation you will be to achieve what you want.

2. Think and focus on the rewards and the outcomes that you want all the time. Do not focus on the process. If you focus on the process, you will lose motivation and procrastinate. However, if you think about the rewards and the outcomes, you will feel more motivated.

3. Use the punish and reward system to create the discipline in you. For instance, if you fail to take the necessary action, punish yourself with less sleep, no games and no movies. On the other hand, if you take action and did what you are supposed to do, reward yourself.

4. If you find the work that you are going to do is boring and feel like procrastinate, make it fun so that you will have the drive to do it. You can do it together with a friend, your kids, or you can play some music or your favorite songs while doing it. The key is to make the process fun and exciting.

5. Make a public commitment by telling your friends that you are going to do it. Ask them to check on you all the time. You know it very well that whenever you tell someone about your goals and what you are going to do about them, you are putting yourself on the line. You will feel more motivated and put in more commitment to get all the tasks done.
