- 1). Pop the trunk, and unbolt the taillight from the car using the 3/8-inch ratchet, sockets and extension. There are two bolts in the trunk jam that are visible when you open it.
- 2). Pull back the carpet behind the taillight, and unbolt the remaining bolts on the taillight using the ratchet and sockets.
- 3). Unplug the taillight bulbs from the lens by hand. Just unplug the harness by pushing down on the clip, and it will release the plug.
- 4). Remove the taillight from the vehicle.
- 5). Insert the replacement taillight, and bolt it in place using the ratchet, sockets and extension.
- 6). Plug the stock wiring harness into the aftermarket lens using your hands.
