- 1). Contact your local Monavie distributor to return merchandise if possible. If you paid the distributor directly to set you up on the autoship program, then you will need to obtain your refund from them. This is typical only if you are cancelling after your first shipment. Once you receive your second shipment your payment will be drafted from your account; therefore, your refund will come directly from the corporate headquarters.
- 2). Call the Monavie distribution center at 1-866-217-8455 to obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization" through a customer service representative, if you need to return unwanted merchandise. The RMA is good for up to 30 days once you obtain the number. Merchandise will need to be returned in new condition that can be resealed and reused.
- 3). Write the RMA number on the package and write "Return to Sender" on the exterior of the shipping label. Return the product to the shipping address that it came from. Call the distribution center to find out which location they want the package to be returned to if you do not have the address. There are several distribution centers; therefore, the product must be returned to the correct center. Do not ship the product to the Monavie headquarters.
- 4). Mail the product back and request a tracking form to accompany the package. Monavie is not responsible for lost packages in the mail; therefore, if the package is lost or stolen during the return process, then you will not be refunded.
- 5). Call the customer service number 1-866-217-8455 with your account number to cancel autoship. Cancel autoship up to three days prior to your next shipment. Accounts cancelled after the three-day period will automatically be billed.
