- 1). Visit Mozilla's FTP server (see Resources). The server, accessible in any browser, contains all of the previous versions of Firefox, including Firefox 2.
- 2). Scroll down the list of Firefox releases until you reach the number 2.0. Choose the version of Firefox 2 that you want to download and click on it. View the contents of the folder you selected and click on the subfolder entitled "win32/."
- 3). View the list of folders listed in the following Web page. Mozilla lists the languages available to download with Mozilla Firefox 2. Choose the "en-US" folder to select the U.S. English version of Firefox 2.
- 4). Select the file labeled "Firefox Setup 2.0.exe" to download Firefox 2 on the computer. Allow several minutes for the setup file to download. Double-click the setup file to replace the current version of Firefox on your computer with Firefox 2.
