- 1). Open Adobe Reader, click "View" and select "Toolbars."
- 2). Select the toolbar that you want to display in Adobe Reader. The toolbar appears in the Reader window.
- 3). Click "View," select "Toolbars" and click "More Tools" to open the "More Tools" dialog box, which displays additional toolbars you can select, like the "Comment and Markup" toolbar. Note that some toolbars can only be displayed if rights are enabled in Reader.
- 4). Select the toolbar you want to view from the "More Tools" dialog box and click "OK."
- 5). Move the toolbars to the desired location. You can drag and drop a floating toolbar to the main toolbar to display it in that area.
