- 1). Open your photo file in Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.
- 2). Click "Image" in the top menu bar, select "Resize," and choose "Image Size."
- 3). Check the box labeled "Constrain Proportions" to keep the dimensions of your photograph constant during the resizing process.
- 4). Check the box labeled "Resample image."
- 5). Specify your preferred width and height in pixels using the corresponding fields below the "Pixel Dimensions" heading. You can also resize your image using inches by setting the width and height in the corresponding fields below the "Document Size" heading.
- 6). Click "OK." Photoshop Elements reduces your photo to the dimensions you selected in the previous step within seconds.
