Well, with so many areas to talk about in this field, I really can't give you a concrete definition of internet marketing here. I know that you are thinking of an online opportunity to make some money online. That's cool and we'll go to that of course. There are however things that you have to pass through first before that. Here are they:

1. Learn Internet Marketing

"So what the heck am I doing here, am I not learning?," you probably ask. Yes you do but what I mean here is that, you must get some solid foundation of internet marketing education. I'm not saying though that you have to go to a very expensive university to have an online internet marketing course. There are so many cheaper ways to learn internet marketing like grabbing an ebook or joining a membership site for internet marketing.

Of course you can still learn for free by browsing the web and learning by yourself. I tried to do that before and I don't think I learned a lot. It's really hard to learn all the technical things about the online world if you just try to understand things by yourself. Things became clear however when I finally joined a membership site. It's only that time that I began to know what I have to do to be able to make money online.

2. Do An Online Business One At A Time

With so many internet marketing opportunities out there, chance are you get excited to do them all. Only to find out that you will not be able to finish anything because of so many things that you are doing. So what I suggest you to do is focus on one thing first before going to the next.

3. Learn, Fail, Succeed, then Repeat

The process of learning internet marketing takes a long time in a real sense. You may even have to fail a lot first before learning well. Once you found out something that works well for you, repeat that over and over again.
