- 1). Contact the Frontier customer service center at 1-800-921-8101. Inform the Frontier customer service representative that you want to sign up for Frontier Internet service. Frontier offers DSL high-speed Internet and dial-up Internet service to various locations in the United States. Consult with the Frontier customer service representative about the Frontier Internet services available in your local area. Be prepared to provide the customer service representative with your credit card information for fee payment. Once you are signed up, Frontier will send an Internet self installation kit.
- 2). Load the installation disc, which came with the Frontier self install kit, into your computer. The installation wizard should automatically load.
- 3). Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Frontier Internet service and create your main Frontier e-mail account. You can set up four more Frontier e-mail sub-accounts, in addition to the main Frontier e-mail account.
- 1). Go to the "Frontier Account Editor" Web page on the Frontier website.
- 2). Log into "Account Editor " using your main Frontier e-mail address and password.
- 3). Click "Add E-mail Addresses."
- 4). Enter the user name and password you want to use for the new Frontier e-mail account. This additional Frontier email account is a sub-account. You can't use Frontier e-mail sub-accounts to log into the Frontier Account Editor.
- 5). Click "Add E-mail Addresses."
