- 1). Open iPhoto by clicking the icon located on your dock. If you don't have the icon on your dock, search for it using the searchlight function with the magnifying glass in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- 2). Create a new event by clicking, "Events," then selecting, "Create Event..." from the drop-down menu.
- 3). Select all the photos you want to include in the slide show from the main photo library. Drag them into the new event.
- 4). Click, "File," then select, "Create Album..." from the drop-down menu.
- 5). Choose, "Slideshow," then press, "Create."
