Picture Frames

• Select a picture frame of unfinished wood. You could use boards that are somewhat irregular to make it more primitive in style. Twigs or sticks can also be shaped into an interesting frame for country decor. Add some pine cones, leaves or acorns to give the piece some interest.
  
  

Pine Cone Wreath

• Make a wreath from pine cones in different sizes. Place the cones around a wire frame and tie or glue in place. After attaching them to the wire, spray with a clear sealer in order to preserve them and give them some shine. Add ribbons, pine sprigs or berries to add a bit of color if you prefer.
  
  

Dried Flower Sprays

• Make an arrangement of dried flowers and tie them in the shape of a bow or arc to make a spray. You can also purchase a grapevine spray from a craft store and add your own floral pieces. Hang this piece near a picture in a twig frame or place it above an arched doorway or window.
