Krumkakke is a special Norwegian cookie. A rich batter is poured onto an electric Krumkakke iron, then the iron is closed and the cookie bakes until crisp. You can leave the little wafers flat, or roll them and fill with any filling, from whipped cream to chocolate mousse. This wonderful recipe is from my Grandmother Clara.
