- 1). Peel the kiwis with a fruit peeler and chop them into small pieces. Peel the bananas and chop them into small pieces.
- 2). Add the kiwi, bananas, and blueberries to the blender and turn blender on for about a minute.
- 3). Add the yogurt, honey and ice to the blender and turn it on for an additional minute.
- 4). Pour the contents of the blender into smoothie cups. Add a straw to each cup and serve.
