- 1). Insert your Windows operating system installation CD into your computer's CD or DVD drive.
- 2). Click "Perform Addition Tasks" in the pop-up menu.
- 3). Click "Install Remote Desktop Connection."
- 4). Follow the prompts and cues to complete the installation. Restart your computer if prompted to do so.
