Instructions

• 1). Open the Web browser on your computer, and navigate to the Tumblr website.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Log in" button in the upper right corner of the page.
  
  
• 3). Type your email address and password into the boxes provided, and click the "Log in" button.
  
  
• 4). Click the "Preferences" gear icon at the top of your Tumblr dashboard.
  
  
• 5). Scroll to the bottom of the preferences page, and click the "Themes" link.
  
  
• 6). Click the "Submit a theme" button near the top of the theme garden page.
  
  
• 7). Click the "static file uploader" link in the "Requirements" box on the right side of the page.
  
  
• 8). Click the "Choose file" button, then select the file that contains your GPL.
  
  
• 9). Click the "Upload file" button, and note the URL displayed.
