The problem is that it is a temporary fix and when you return to eating it all comes back! So what we need to do is make the stand and decide that we want permanent weight loss and a healthier lifestyle.
First part if this lifestyle change needs to be healthy eating.
This can be quite confusing for most of us, since "healthy food" keeps changing.
Your body needs proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals in order to function at maximum potential.
First of all, create an eating plan that incorporates these elements in your daily caloric intake.
This will make you feel better and best of all reach your weight loss goals.
The next part of this lifestyle change needs to be exercise.
Most of us have many excuses why we do not exercise but in reality anyone can fit some type of exercise in their daily routine.
They key to this is start slowly.
For example, park as far as you can from the entrance to the store, or your office.
When taking a break a work go for a walk instead of munching on something out of the vending machine.
Next start exercising for 20 minutes a day; it can be anything like walking, biking, swimming, or running.
Then slowly work your way up to your exercise goal.
