If you are having a group of alums over to your house to watch the great rivalry game on your big screen, forget the high school chips and nuts and cheese doodles. This is a big game and you need adult food to feed the high-energy group. If they do not cheer loud enough or long enough, your team may not win! What kind of food will satisfy everyone? Pizza!
But you don't want to order just any pizza delivery. You want gourmet pizza and you want to pre-order and have it delivered at a particular time. No problem - your local gourmet pizzeria is known for their prompt delivery and delicious offerings.
While there will be mainly men with big appetites bouncing belly to belly after each touchdown, there will be more subdued ladies as well. A couple of French turkey melts with Roasted Turkey, Crumbled Bacon, Provolone Cheese, Fresh Tomato, Lettuce and Honey Dijon Chipotle Mustardhas your mouth watering. Maybe you ought to add a couple of gourmet Rubens with Cured Corn Beef Brisket, Buttery Toasted Marble Rye, Sauerkraut, Remoulade and Swiss cheese.
But you know it is the gourmet pizza that the crowd will be craving. The sandwiches will be for later on when the pizza is gone and someone wants to munch on something substantial.
