- 1). Place a sheet of calligraphy paper on a clean, dry table surface. The calligraphy paper will go inside your picture frame and should match your flowers. For example, if showcasing yellow goldenrods, taupe-colored paper makes a nice background.
- 2). Remove the backing from the picture frame by sliding it out of the slot.
- 3). Lay the frame back on top of the calligraphy paper. Trace the outline of the frame backing with a pencil.
- 4). Cut the outline along the pencil marks using sharp scissors.
- 5). Arrange the flowers on the paper, moving them around until you are satisfied with the arrangement.
- 6). Glue the flowers in place by lifting each flower and dabbing glue on the paper. Place the flowers back in place, pressing down on them for two or three seconds. Allow the glue to dry for 15 minutes before proceeding.
- 7). Guide the frame backing, with the calligraphy paper on top, into the picture frame. Hang or display your picture as you like.
