- 1). Search through your kitchen cupboards for a large, clear glass container. It can be a bowl, vase, stemmed cake plate, or even a punch bowl.
- 2). Gather pinecones from under your (or a friend's) pine tree. You can also purchase plain pine cones at your local craft store. Use a cloth to rub off any debris from the pine cones.
- 3). Spray paint the pine cones white. Let them dry.
- 4). Dab a bit of glue onto the tips of each of the pine cone chips, and sprinkle silver, gold or clear glitter onto the glue. Let them dry completely.
- 5). Rummage through your Christmas decoration bins for round glass ornaments. Use all one color that are different sizes, or mix and match colors and styles.
- 6). Place the pine cones and glass ornaments into the clear glass container. Intermix the pine cones with the ornaments throughout.
